- Our comprehensive core curriculum is tailored to clients’ individual needs to ensure successful conversion (transitioning from fundamentals to group classes and staying a member long-term).
Our focus is not to just get bodies on a workout floor but rather, to make sure that those who come in are properly trained and prepared every step of the way to ensure that they are ready for group classes, make continual progress, and continue to thrive long after their last fundamentals class.
