I have been very active and competitive since I was a kid. I was very involved in sports throughout elementary, high school and college. These included hockey, soccer, lacrosse, track and field, wakeboarding and snowboarding. I discovered Crossfit in 2010 and fell in love with the fact that the sport consisted of weightlifting gymnastics and conditioning all in one. I trained in my garage for couple years and eventually joined a gym near by. A couple years later, I teamed up with CF Ironborn to become a coach. I have directed my focus on my clients and strive to share all of the knowledge I have gained over the years to facilitate in improving their athletic abilities. I am also very passionate in continuing to compete and improve my own abilities. I participate in the Crossfit Open each year and have successfully placed in the top 100 competitors in the Northeast. I have also participated in many local Crossfit events around New England. It is an awesome experience to be able to do what I love and share it with others.
